Title: OJT – Tank Cleaning Laborer                                                                                                Job Number: 11527020
PURPOSE OF POSITION: 
To perform all tasks associated with cleaning and returning to service bulk storage tanks for agricultural chemical producer clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
·          The tank cleaning laborer reports directly to the supervisor assigned to the project.

·          Responsible for following all Health, Safety and Environmental regulations including Confined Space Entry

-You will prepare the final material takeoffs and order materials promptly and accurately.  With at least 24 hour notice, we can minimize or eliminate material runs by company employees.  Our goal is to never make a material run during the course of a workday.  You are responsible for accurately checking all materials delivered to your job for quantity, accuracy, and damage.  Delivery truck drivers are to wait for your inspection, as your signature approves the order.  Any discrepancy is to be noted on the delivery ticket.  It's your job site.
-You must maintain a clean work site.  This is important for many reasons, among them safety and efficiency.  A sloppy site reflects badly on your work and our company.  Dust protection of the client's property is one of your most important jobs.  Be sure to control any mud on your site.  All job sites are to be broom-cleaned daily.  Debris is to be properly stored and hauled away.  You must have the client's permission before smoking on the site.  It is also your responsibility to monitor smoking by employees on your site.
-Job safety for both the client and our workers is your responsibility.  Be sure that job conditions encourage safety.  Monitor both company and individual equipment for proper safety features, safe electrical cords, etc., and inform the Project Manager of any unsafe conditions.  Proper safely equipment must be used when appropriate following OSHA guidelines.  You will regularly be using ladders, walk board, scaffolding, and boom lifts.

Title: OJT – Production Worker/Customer Service                                                                     Job Number: 11526399
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) your position requires you to come in contact with our customers (Funeral Directors, Cemetery Personnel and General Public) more frequently than any other position within our company. Whether you are providing a full graveside service or delivering bulk quantities of our product, you are acting as a representative of our company and your actions represent the efforts of the company, as well as your own. The work is often done in inclement weather. In addition to being able to move and position equipment, you will be required to obtain a Drivers License that allows you to operate our trucks, at the employees expense, based on your current position with the company and the requirements of the job. You are expected to follow all state and local driving laws.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.             Graveside Services
        a.  Setting up funerals within the performance standards in accordance with Wilberts Ultimate Service Rating:
              i.                All equipment is to be kept in good working condition, highly polished, clean, no holes or tears in tent, tent curtains.
              ii.               Truck is to be clean (inside and out) and lights working properly, oil checked, etc.
       b.   Appearance  CSRs are required to follow stringent dress and grooming standards
              i.                Well-groomed and clean appearance
              ii.               No beards.  Hair must be kept above the collar in back.
              iii.              Mustaches are to be neatly trimmed.
              iv.              All tobacco products, gum, sunglasses are not allowed in the presence of the family or funeral director.
              v.               CSRs are required to wear the uniform provided to them when servicing the funeral.
              vi.              Uniforms are to be kept clean and neat and pressed at all times, and kept in the appropriate clothes container.
      c.    Conduct  The role of the CSR is to assist the Funeral Director, Cemetery Personnel, or Family with any needs at the graveside.
              i.                A professional and positive attitude is requested at all times. A comprehensive knowledge of all product lines is required, so the CSR can competently and accurately answer questions asked about our product line.
2.             Vault Manufacturing
      a.       Strip-out the poured vaults from forms
      b.       Apply a seal coat and clean new vaults before putting them away in our racking systems for proper curing
      c.       Clean, oil and set-up the forms for the next pour
      d.       Pour concrete, vibrate and finish new product per Wilbert specs
      e.       Clean all equipment, tools, etc. at end of each pour and put away in the proper location
3.             Vault Decorating (Refer to Wilbert Manufacturing Specifications Manual)
      a.       Pull designated vault from inventory and paint (when needed) according to order
              i.                All finished product is to be painted without any flaws (bleed through, highlighting runs or paint on the sealing tongue)
      b.       Attach the vault accessories (when needed)
      c.       Attach nameplate or pre-made name to vault (check & double check spelling and date of birth/death on nameplate)
Minimum education requirements and experience: GED or HS diploma and 3-12 months of relevant work experience
Skills and Abilities:
-Clear communication, handles people with respect, dignity and focus. Must be able to lift all equipment, minimum 100 lbs
-Must have correct license to operate our trucks and forklift.
-Ability to work under pressure without any outward appearance of stress
-Willingness to follow instructions, procedures and verbal direction from managers and senior employees

Title: OJT – Manager of Cost and Margin Analysis                                                                     Job Number: 11526401
The Manager of Cost and Margin Analysis is responsible for assisting in projects relating to budget, projection, product margin, product mix, inventory analysis, standard costs and product structures including but not limited to: direct margin variance analysis; product mix analysis; review and reporting of inventory variances and conversion costs; creation of standard cost rates; analysis of inventory reserves and necessary adjustments; and assisting with month end closing process to ensure accurate relay of information to upper management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Perform analysis and reporting covering product direct margin, product mix, customer profit and loss statements, volume budget and projections, direct margin budget and projections, materials and production costs, product development, overhead, and other inventory and margin related studies.
-Use above analysis and reporting to offer suggestions for improving profitability in accordance with short and long term strategic company goals
-Meet with external auditors on an annual basis to provide and explain analysis of inventory balances and fluctuations as needed
-Provides management with reports and recommendations specifying and comparing factors affecting profitability of products of services
compare actual costs to estimates and analyzes variances
-Analyze actual manufacturing costs and prepares periodic reports comparing budget costs to actual production costs; this includes product margin reporting analytics
-Provide team with on-going information and suggestions regarding initiatives, opportunities, issues as they relate to pricing, cost of good, and inventory
-Monitor and ensure ERP system support including but not limited to; reviewing all modification requests; monitoring all submitted modification requests to ensure they are done in a timely manner; and overseeing the testing of all ERP system modification to ensure they are working properly before they are put into the work flow
-Assist in the maintenance of the inventory system with integrity and standardization
-Identify and lead any team training programs that meet needs specified for the inventory system, direct margin reporting, cost reporting or materials analysis
-Effectively manage budgets to ensure company goals and objectives are being met

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or related field required..  4-6 years Public Accounting experience preferred; CPA is a plus.  Solid understanding of Revenue, Cost, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and cash Flow Statements is required.
PREFERRED SKILLS

The Production Planner is responsible for optimizing production line resources to make sure the Company satisfies customers' demand for a wide variety of deli products.  Primary responsibilities include creating schedules for the production lines while working with production management to determine appropriate production days and items, and considering many factors such as equipment specifications, product allergens and raw material availability.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Plans and prepares production schedules for conversion of products
-Lead efforts to monitor and determine scheduling including what inventory is needed and when
-Continually strive to improve efficiency
-Forecast production on a daily, weekly, monthly quarterly basis to better focus on meeting the demands from retailers.
-Monitor and evaluate variations on requirements such as store promotions, price reductions, seasonal demands, holidays, and weather disasters
-Assists in the closing and issue resolution of work orders
-Evaluate material movements, quantities on order, and the current balance on hand to ensure materials needed by the production rooms are available
-Evaluate mid-cycle and/or mid-day shifts in production to ensure projects get completed in an efficient matter while still protecting product quality
-Report summary/analysis of Production numbers and recommends improvements for production efficiency in coordination with the management
-Demonstrates working knowledge of each area of the production floor in order to evaluate recommendations before designing schedules and providing finish dates to customers
-Foster internal customer relationships to help information flow
-Research daily issues or concerns
-Assist in reviewing and analyzing data to report back to Operations Manager
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience), with 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, production management, production planning or supporting manufacturing production planning processes.  Perishable food, distribution and/or cheese/dairy experience a plus.
PREFERRED SKILLS
-Experience in manufacturing, production management, production planning, or supporting a manufacturing production planning process
-Computer skills using MS Office and ERP/MRP inventory control systems
-Knowledge of forecasting, planning, production scheduling, and shipping functionality and processes
-Knowledge of the master data that drives the forecasting, planning, production scheduling, and shipping functionality
-Knowledge of forecasting and planning, inventory management, scheduling, and production principles
-Good oral and written communication skills

REQUIRED: Minimum of 1-5 years working hands on in HVAC industry with residential experience (service, maintenance, and installation), EPA certification (Type I, II, and III), ability to work in extreme environments (ex: heat, cold, wind, rain, attics, ladders, roof tops, crawl spaces, etc), sheet metal/duct work experience, ability to lift and move heavy objects 60# or more, demonstrated ability to forge strong relationships with customers.
Must be willing and able to pass a drug and criminal background check, along with a clean driving record.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Previous and/or current enrollment in Missouri HVAC apprentice program or hold HVAC Journeyman card, ability to read and understand blue prints, some commercial experience, ability to drive a service van/truck with trailer.
