Unfortunately, my contact at SLATE, the St. Louis Agency on Training and Employment, is no longer there and he was the one that provided me with a monthly schedule of job fairs each month.
SLATE is a city government agency that helps job seekers so you should add their website as one to visit when you're looking for work!
