Administrative Assistant
Full time position. The hours will typically be 9-5, Monday-Friday. Starting hourly rate is $12.
Financial knowledge is a major plus!
They will have to pass a background check & be fingerprinted.
We need someone to:
- Help manage the schedule for the managing partner, myself (the operations manager) and the insurance specialists.
- Set / follow-up with client appointments.
- Ensure data entry is always up to date.

- Prepare financial paperwork / presentations for the producer's client meetings.
- Call / shop around with underwriters at insurance companies for competitive illustrations for our clients.
- I will have additional job duties for you very soon. I was told today to start looking for a replacement, so this is just a start.
