Seeking Mortgage Loan Processor in Earth City. Monthly Incentive Opportunity!!


Duties include but are not limited to:

- Preparing and processing mortgage loan records, files and correspondence from application through approval
 - Calculating income and completing self-employed tax return analysis
- Reviewing appraisal reports for accuracy and potential problems
- Reviewing documents for acceptability against loan conditions
- Ensuring compliance with bank, regulatory and investor guidelines and customer service standards
 - Communicating with customers, internal staff, brokers, counsel, title companies, etc. to respond to inquiries, resolve problems and obtain all necessary documentation required for the file

We are looking for individuals with:
- Two to three years of experience in loan processing and closing activities
